I was in Memphis a few years ago and went to Corky's restaurant for dinner. We ordered the ribs and man....they were the best ribs I've ever had. There's nobody that can touch their ribs! I went there every night for dinner for the rest of my trip. They even offer delivery on their ribs to almost everywhere, if you have the coin to pay. The shipping alone into Canada is $45.00. I plan to go back to Memphis in the next few months and I can't wait to go back to Corkey's! I hope they let me bring them back on the plane!
